Everyone who has an active monthly membership with us can now access over 100 at-home workouts for free. All you have to do is carefully read the setup instructions and then click the button below to get started.

Create your account by filling out your info and enter code QUEENCREEK at checkout. You MUST use this code in order to get the service for free.
*You will be asked to add a credit card into the system. This is a formality that cannot be turned off or skipped. Once you enter the code, the subscription will be FREE as long as your FIT4MOM Queen Creek membership is active.*
You will lose all access to Video OnDemand if you cancel your membership. If your membership is on hold for more than 1 month, this bundle will be placed on hold until your return date.
