10 things you might not know about our Body Back classes:

1. It’s a HIIT class, every-time! You can guarantee when you come to class it will be HIIT (high intensity interval training).

2. There are weekly challenges - these range from taking a picture of what you’re eating that night for dinner to writing down 5 things your thankful for. We start the challenge at the beginning of the week and talk about them during classes.

3. There is an accountability group - we keep in contact on the daily! We check in with you with food journals, making sure your coming to class, and just checking hi to see how your doing. We want to make sure you reach your goals... and speaking of goals

4. You set your own goals - at the beginning of the 8 week session we have you set your goals and intention of the session. We want to help you succeed at meeting your goals, where you’re at!

5. We end each class with a meditation - at the end of every class we end with a meditation. This is one of our clients FAVORITE parts of Body Back HIIT. You’ll have to come see for yourself.

6. You have access to at home workouts - if you miss a class or if you’re just wanting a little extra, we’ve got exclusive online at home workouts just for you!

7. You do not have to be a mom - Body Back HIIT is open to all women in the community!

8. You become apart of Our Village - When you join Body Back HIIT, you’re also gaining a village. We have MNO and events that you are more than welcome to attend.

9. We use equipment - that’s right, we use kettle bells, hand weights, agility ladders, slam balls, etc... we like to mix it up and keep it changing!

10. Develop new friendships - not only will you get an amazing workout in, but since you’ll be seeing these ladies every week, you will make some new friends
